简介
4,5,6,7-四氢-3H-咪唑并[4,5-C]吡啶盐酸盐又叫4,5,6,7-四氢-1H-咪唑并[4,5-c]吡啶,可由组胺二盐酸盐和多聚甲醛关环后得到。有文献报道其可用于制备Xa因子抑制剂和CDK抑制剂。
制备
将组胺二盐酸盐(3.68g;20mmol;1eq)和多聚甲醛(1.20g;40mmol;2eq)溶解在水(30ml)中。将混合物加热至回流4小时。蒸发挥发物,并将残余物在真空下干燥。该化合物无需进一步纯化即可使用。
