体外研究

2-D08通过组织SUMO从UBC9-SUMO硫酯转移到底物上，从而抑制类泛素化。2D08能以浓度依赖性方式降低p-Axl/Axl的比值。2D08通过抑制Axl激酶活性，可破坏细胞骨架和肌动蛋白微丝，从而使细胞连接重组。它还能促使β-catenin易位到细胞连接处，上调E-cadherin。在肺多潜能干细胞系中，2D08能以浓度依赖性方式降低其迁移能力。
